Creole Irishman's Wakeup-Call Recipe

This hot cocktail can be made as a dark coffee drink or a light coffee drink, depending on your taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz strong hot coffee
  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey (strong, dark version)

-OR-

  • 2 oz of Bailey's® Irish Cream (sweeter, light version)
  • 1 oz Praline Pecan Liqueur
  • 2 chopped Pecanfections

Directions:

Pour ingredients into a heat-proof glass or goblet. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped Pecanfections.
